In this episode of the ArtTactic Podcast, we speak with WM Hunt, known as Bill Hunt, esteemed photography collector and Co-founder of Haster Hunt Kraeutler, a New York City based photography gallery. Bill discusses the significant price increases in contemporary photography over the past five years and how that has re-shaped the contemporary photography market. Then, he addresses the fact that while the photography market has successfully weathered past storms, this downturn was a different story. Also, Bill talks about the trend of generalist contemporary galleries increasingly representing contemporary photographers.
